摘要
毛单纱上浆是减少毛单纱织造时产生毛羽及断头的主要解决措施,上浆工艺直接影响毛单纱上浆效果。文章通过实验,采用理论分析得出了浆槽温度和烘燥温度2个重要工艺参数同单纱上浆效果的关系。结果表明:在其他条件相同的情况下,开始时,毛单纱强力随上浆温度和烘干温度的升高而增加,但当浆液温度和烘干温度达到一定程度时,毛单纱的强力则随着上浆温度和烘干温度的增大而减小。
Sizing single worsted yarn is the main measure of reducing the hairiness and broken ends caused by weaving. The technology of sizing influences the quality of sized single worsted yam. The relationship between the important technology parameters (the sizing temperature in sizing box and dry temperature) and the effect of sizing single worsted yam has been analyzed theoretically by self-designed experiments. It has been proved: under the same condition, the strength of single worsted yam increased with the increase of the sizing temperature and dry temperature, while it decreased when the sizing temperature and dry temperature increased to certain degree.
