摘要
为了保证纱线在粗纱工序中获得适当牵伸与加捻,并且卷绕成形良好,针对有捻毛纺粗纱机传动系统复杂的特点,由单片机、变频器、电动机和速度传感器组成了粗纱机多电机传动控制系统。在单片机的控制下,5台电动机分别调节锭翼、前后罗拉、筒管和龙筋的运动规律。根据纺纱工艺的需要,粗纱机各种主要工艺参数,如捻度、牵伸倍数、转速等都能够方便地设定和调整,并具备动态参数实时显示、保存和传输的功能,可实现对粗纱机主要参数的监测和控制。
In order to get suitable twist, draft ratio and good shaping rove during roving engineering of wool spinning, it puts forward a plan to control system of multi-motor driving for twisting roving machine in accordance with the roving machine's feature of complex mechanical driving system. The control system is composed of microcomputer, converter, motor and speed sensor. The motion law of the flyer, front or back roller, and bobbin and spindle rail can be controlled by microcomputer with the help of motors droved by converter. According to the need of ~,ariety and feature of yarn, the main parameters, such as twist, draft ratio and revolving speed can be decided and changed easily and can be real-time showed, saved and transferred. It achieved the purpose to monitor and control the main parameters for roving machine.
