摘要
采用壳聚糖预处理方法,控制蛋白酶对羊毛纤维内部的损伤,与蛋白酶联合处理以提高羊毛抗毡缩性能。结果表明:用H2O2→壳聚糖→蛋白酶工艺处理羊毛,可使羊毛的毡缩率达7.3%,纱线强力430 cN,强力损失3.5%。双氧水处理的优化工艺条件为:40 mL/L,60 min,50℃;壳聚糖处理的优化工艺条件为:2 g/L,40℃,2 h;蛋白酶处理的优化工艺条件为:2%(owf),40 min,50℃。
The wool was pretreated with chitosan followed by protease in order to control the damage to the wool and improve the performance of anti-felting of wool. It was shown that percentage area shrinkage was 7.3 %, yarn strength was 430 cN, the damage of strength was 3.5% after H2O2→chitosan→protease anti-felting treatment. The optimized hydrogen peroxide pretreatment conditions were H2O2 40 mL/L, 60 min, 50 ℃. The optimized chitosan treatment conditions were the dosage of chitosan 2 g/L, 40 ℃, 2 h. The optimized protease treatment conditions were the dosage of protease 2 % (owf), 40 rain, 50 ℃.
