Since in our country there is lack of the design theory and method for SMT product assembly quality management system up to now, combined with the relevant research and practice, this paper expatiates systemically guiding idea, main content, system function and performance for the design of product assembly quality management system. Then the design methods of system structure design, quality measure and control point, design of function model, description of quality management information flow and system soft design etc are fully introduced.
