摘要 通过统计分析,找出了某地下铁矿高频或可能造成重大伤亡事故的危险源,并采用模糊故障树分析法重点发掘了透水事故、跑黄泥事故的影响因素及其组合关系。在广泛收集资料和反复征求众多专家意见的基础上,将该矿主体生产系统划分为22种危险源,并进行了危险源辨识工作。最后,采用定性和定量的评价方法,尤其是采用了格金危险性计算公式对矿山危险源进行评价,确定了各危险源的危险等级和管理层次。 The hazards of high frequency and potential fatal casualty accidents in an underground iron mine are find out by means of statistics analysis and the influence factors and their combination on the accidents of water inrush and underground debris flow are mainly developed by use of the fuzzy fult tree analysis. Based on gathering a large number of papers on this domain and consulting the broad experts,22 hazards are identified for principal production system of the mine. Finally ,the qualitative and quantitative assessment methods, especially the Graham and Kinney's formula of fatalness calculation, are used to appraise the hazards of the mine and confirm the risk level and management hierarchy of all hazards.
