狮子山碳质脉石铜矿选矿试验研究

PROCESSING STUDY ON COPPER ORES WITH CARBONACEOUS GAUGE IN SHIZISHAN COPPER

针对狮子山矿纯碳质脉石铜矿进行选矿试验研究,研究分析表明仅用捕收剂难以得到很好的选别指标,需要采用有效的调整剂。研究发现,在精选区加入石灰调节矿浆pH值及矿浆电位,对提高技术指标有一定作用。本项目的研究结果为类似矿山处理碳质脉石铜矿提供技术借鉴。

Processing tests have been conducted on copper ores with pure carbonaceous gauge in Shizishan Copper Mine, however, on the basis of previous studies and by repeat research and analysis,it turned out that it is difficult to achieve good processing indicators by only using collectors, thus studies and tests should be made on regulators. It was found that there would be a positive effect on enhancing the technical indicators by adding lime in concentrating areas to regulate pH value and potential of pulp. This study will provide references for similar mines in dealing with carbonaceous gangue copper ores.
