摘要
本文对32例动脉硬化性血栓性脑梗塞(ATCI)患者进行了红细胞膜Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶、全血粘度(WV)与局部脑血流(rCBF)量的检测,并与30例健康对照组进行了比较。结果患者组的Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶、rCBF均明显低于对照组(P<0.01~0.001),WV明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。患者组的Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶活性与rCBF相关分析呈显著正相关,与WV比较两者呈明显负相关。提示钙泵活性与血流动力学的检测对ATCI患者的治疗和预后均有重要意义。
Ca^2+ Mg^2+ATP enzyme in erythrocytic membrane,whole blood viscosity(WV) and regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) were seperately measured in 32 patients with ATCI and in 30 normal controls.The results showed that Ca^2+ Mg^2+ATP enzyme ,rCBF were obviously lower in patients than in controls(P<0.01~0.001),but WV was obviously higher in patients;the activity of Ca2+Mg2+ATP enzyme had significant positive relationship with rCBF,had obvious negative relationship with WV.They suggested that study on activity of calcium pump and hemodynamics had important significance in prophylaxis and therapy in ATCI.
