展青霉素产生菌拮抗放线菌的分离、筛选与初步鉴定 被引量:7

摘要 毒素产生菌在苹果贮藏期间容易产生展青霉素,为此,从苹果园、猕猴桃园、菜园的土壤中分离出154株放线菌,从中筛选出对3株展青霉素产生菌有拮抗作用的放线菌4株,复筛选得到抑菌效果最好的1株(C16),对展青霉的抑菌直径达2.33cm。通过形态观察、生理生化特征等方面的检测,初步鉴定该菌株属于放线菌目(Actinomycetales)第Ⅷ科小单胞菌科(Micromonosporaceae)第Ⅵ属小多胞菌属(Micropolyspora)。 In order to find out actinomycetes having ability in patulin-producing penicillum, 154 strains of actinomycetes having different colony characteristics were isolated from soils of apple orchard, kiwifruit orchard and vegetable orchard. After screening, 4 strains were selected for further screening because they had high ability in inhibiting the growth of 3 strains of patulin-producing pecillium on the agar medium. Strain C16 showed the highest inhibiting ability by producing 2.33 cm inhibitory diameter in agar plate tests. Based on the morphologic, physiological and biochemical characteristics, C16 was identified as the Order of Actinomycetales, the Family of Micromonosporaceae, and the Genus of Micropolyspora.
