产品概念空间形式化描述与概念设计方案评价方法

Formalized Description of Product Conceptual Space and Appraisal Method of Conceptual Design Plan

针对目前概念设计求解方法存在的不足,采用公理设计理论进行概念设计过程建模,研究产品概念空间的形式化描述,结合物料清单BOM的构成特点建立了概念空间的表达方法,设计了基于公理设计的概念设计方案评价方法,并以实例进行了验证,很好地弥补了公理设计理论中信息公理在方案决策中的不足,基于公理设计的概念设计求解方法优化了产品概念空间的表达,提高了产品概念设计求解的效率。

Aim at the deficiency of product conceptual design solving presently, a conceptual design process model was established based on the theory of axiomatic design, and a formalized description of product conceptual space was proposed. The description of product concept space combined with BOM was finished firstly, Subsequently, the plan appraisal method based on axiomatic design was designed. Finally, a case was given to validate that the model could efficiently make up for the disadvantage of information axiom during plan decision-making process, The results indicated that the description of product concept space was optimized by the appraisal method, and the product conceptual design solving efficiency was improved.
