系统开放是实现IPTV产业良性发展的基础,本文首先介绍了IPTV业务系统标准化的背景情况及所处的困境,在此基础上从运营商角度提出了IPTV开放系统的整体架构和关键接口,随后详细介绍了如何开放IPTV机顶盒与平台之间的接口。最后本文还介绍了中国电信在IPTV系统标准化开放工作方面的进展情况。

Opening and standardization is the basis for IPTV development. This paper introduces opening framework and interfaces of IPTV system as well as some background information. Furthermore, it is discussed on how to make the STB related interface open. At last,it introduced some detail situation informations on standardization by China Teleeom.
