摘要
铝涂层可以显著地降低钢铁工件高温环境下的氧化趋势.电弧喷涂工艺是获得铝涂层的有效方法之一.电弧喷涂铝涂层在不经预先扩散热处理的条件下,可以在喷涂状态下直接用于高温.研究了某些因素,例如,铝涂层厚度、加热温度、加热保护涂料以及铝涂层的热稳定性等对渗铝层形成的影响.
prayed aluminum coatings afford protection against corrosion and oxidation of iron and steel at elevated temperatures. Arc spraying procedure is a good way to obtain the coatings. Particularly arc sprayed aluminum coatings have proved capable of resisting the high temperature without prior heat treatment. The coatings can be employed widely in the arc sprayed condition for heat resisting applications. The object of this work was to investigate the effects of factors on the aluminized layers which were formed when heated at upto 800 ℃, which included the thickness of sprayed aluminum coatings, the heating temperature of diffusion treatment, sealers covered on the sprayed aluminum coatings and thermal shock resistance of aluminum coatings.
