摘要
目的:研究石蝉草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶Sephadex LH-20及大孔吸附树脂等色谱分离技术,用波谱学方法确定结构。结果:从石蝉草的正丁醇萃取部位中分离得到1个黄酮碳苷。根据1H-NMR,13C-NMR,HMQC,HMBC,1D-HOHAHA,NOE等波谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定,鉴定该化合物为2″-O-β-D-半乳糖基异当药素。结论:该化合物为新化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Peperomia dindygulensis. Method: Several column chromatographic methods were used to isolated compounds from P. dindygulensis and spectroscopic methods ( ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR, HMQC, HMBC, 1D- HOHAHA, NOE) were used to identify the structures of isolated compounds. Result: Compound 1 was isolated and identiffed as 2″-O-β-D-galactosylisoswertisin. Conclusion: Compound 1 was a new compound.
