再生方式对液氮过滤净化系统的影响

摘要 不锈钢丝网过滤器具有均匀的孔径分布、优异的流体渗透性能和极高的低温韧性,且易于反吹再生,是低温过滤净化设备的首选。再生方式对维持滤芯正常工作和设备的连续运行起着重要作用。文中通过设计并搭建液氮过滤与再生实验台,其中掺杂二氧化碳作为杂质,探讨"外部反吹"和"内外同时反吹"两种再生方式对反吹效果的影响。结果表明,后一种方式能吹除更多拦截在过滤器表面的二氧化碳固体杂质,效果较好,同时反吹气体消耗量也更大;最后指出反吹气体的外部预热可进一步加强反吹效果。 Stainless steel wire mesh filter has advantages of uniform pore size distribution, preferable permeability, high cryogenic toughness, and is easy to be regenerated, which is preferred as a cryogenic filtration device. In the other hand, regeneration method plays an important role in the normal service of the filter core and the continuous performance of the device. A test for the filtration and regeneration of liquid nitrogen is built up, with carbon dioxide gas as the impurity, to research the regeneration effects of "regeneration from outside" and "regeneration from outside and inside together". It is found that the later one can remove more carbon dioxide particles deposited on the filter surface, with better effect and at the same time more regeneration gas consumption. And it is declared that the pre - heat of the regeneration gas is effective to improve the regeneration process.
