摘要
利用FB-1型付里叶变换光谱仪检测了Na光谱灯的发射光谱,测试结果表明,工作参数(如扫描模式,采样间隔T,动镜扫描长度L,光源尺寸大小等)选择适当可显著提高仪器的分辨率和波数精度,最后分析了影响仪器分辨率和波数精度的原因。
The emission spectrum of Na lamp is acquired by FB-1 Fourier Transform Spectrometer. The results show that the resolution and wavenumber precision can be improved efficiently when we choose the right working parmeters such as scanning mode,data sampling interval,scanning length of the moving mirror,dimension of light source etc. Some factors that affect the resolution and wavenmber precision are also discuss.
