摘要
低压下,载气流经色谱柱及检测器的速度加快,峰扩展减弱,同时柱效和检测灵敏度提高.对低压色谱过程的传质系数和分离性能进行了探讨.
The use of low pressure technique for gas chromatograph results greater gas flow through column and detection.Moreover,the sensitivity of detection and the column efficiency are developed.At the same column temperature,low pressure gas chromatograph achieves greater resolution and shorter seperation time.The coefficient of mass transfer and the separation property of low pressure gas chromatography are investigated.
