摘要
利用硬脂酸钠对表面包覆氧化铝的纳米TiO2进行了有机表面改性。采用了红外光谱(IR)、热分析(TG-DTA)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)、润湿性及分散性实验等对表面改性前后的纳米TiO2进行了表征。红外光谱、热分析表明氧化铝和硬脂酸钠都是以化学键合的方式结合在纳米TiO2表面,并形成了有机包覆层。经测量,纳米TiO2表面的硬脂酸钠质量分数约为9.1%。润湿性及分散性实验表明,经氧化铝和硬脂酸钠表面改性的纳米TiO2粉体由亲水性变成了亲油性。
The rutile nano-TiO2 preeoated A1203 was modified with sodium stearate. The prepared samples before and after modification were characterized by FTIR,TG-DTA,HRTEM,and wettability and
dispersing ability. According to the spectra of FTIR and TG-DTA, it was found that the A12O3 and sodium stearate were bound on the surface of nanosized TiO2 particles, forming an organic coating layer. The mass fraction of sodium stearate on the surface of nanosized TiO2 was measured to be about 9.1%. The wetting and dispersing experiments showed that the surface property of nano-TiO2 modified with sodium stearate was changed from hydrophilieity to hydrophobieity.
