全反式维甲酸对5/6肾大部切除大鼠残余肾功能的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 研究证实,全反式维甲酸(atRA)抑制多种细胞因子和生长因子,减轻急性肾炎大鼠系膜细胞增殖,保护肾小管上皮细胞^[1]。因此,我们采用5/6肾大部切除大鼠模型,观察atRA能否保护慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠残余肾功能。
