针对快件的揽收和递送环节,在给定服务水平下,采用路径成本最小和等待时间最短的目标,建立模型,研究其中的车辆路径问题。
According to the taking and delivery of express business and under the condition of given service level, the paper studies on the vehicle routing problems with the lowest costs and shortest waiting time and establishes a model.
