摘要
首先分析汽车涂装生产线的工艺,总结涂装生产线在仿真模型中的系统分析和构建。以典型工艺为例阐述运用AutoMod对涂装线仿真时,建立仿真模型的流程和关键技术。最后运用模型实现涂装生产线的布局设计和生产过程的动态仿真,并依据仿真结果确定生产线的技术参数。
The paper analyzes the craft of the automobile painting production line, summarizes the systems analysis and establishment of the painting production line in a simulation model, describes the process and key technique of constructing simulation model while using AutoMod to simulate the painting line, applies the model in realizing layout design and dynamic simulation of production process and finally determines the technical parameters of production line based on the result of simulation.
