摘要
对常温阻值大于标称阻值PTCR热敏电阻在还原气氛中(氧分压lg{pO2}Pa=-4.1106~-4.0547)于600℃,800℃和900℃分别处理2h,4h和6h,对处理后的热敏电阻电性能及老化特性进行了研究.结果表明,在满足产品电性能要求的前提下,还原气氛热处理在一定程度上可以调整PTCR热敏电阻的常温阻值,提高产品的合格率.
The PTCR thermistors which have a higher room temperature resistance than nominal ones, are treated under reduction atmosphere (lg{ p O 2 } Pa =-4.1106 ̄-4.0547) for 2h, 4h and 6h at 600℃, 800℃ and 900℃ respectively. The electrical properties and aging properties after treatment are investigated. Experimental results indicate that the heat treatment under reduction atmosphere can modify the room temperature resistance in a certain extent and improve the percentage of qualified products of the thermistors while the requirements of motor starting performances are met.
