Nd ∶ YVO_4 激光测距应用的时间相干性

摘要 将连续波频率调制技术与新型激光晶体Nd∶YVO4相结合,提出一种绝对距离测量方案;就测量范围与光源相干性问题,分别论述了工作物质吸收长度和腔镜调制方式对光源相干长度的影响.给出了实验结果,实验曲线与分析结论基本一致. With the combination of frequency modulation of continuous wave (FMCW) and laser crystal Nd∶YVO 4, a new scheme of ranging system is proposed. Focusing on the relationship between the scope of ranging and temporal coherence of the light source, the effects of absorptive length of working material and modulation mode of cavity mirror on the coherent length are discussed. Results of experiments are presented, and they fairly agree with those predicted by analysis.
