关键链项目计划调度方法研究 被引量:18

摘要 关键链方法是在约束理论基础上发展起来的一种项目进度计划技术,作为一种全新的项目管理哲学,已引起众多学者的关注和探索。然而,目前文献对关键链的介绍主要集中于应用层面,对关键链管理思想与CPM/PERT管理思想的区别关注较少。首先简要介绍关键链近5年的国内外研究概况;其次从对待资源的态度、对人行为特征认识、对风险的态度、在网络图中的表现形式及确定过程等多个角度阐述关键链法对传统项目计划调度方法CPM/PERT的改进之处;最后分析得出输入缓冲区尺寸具有一定的区间限制,并且提出确定输入缓冲最小值的方法,即当项目缓冲为0时,各条非关键链上输入缓冲的最小值由最优项目调度计划确定。
