摘要
根据胶束催化反应的相分离模型和相关假定,建立了适用于胶束浓度[M]小于底物浓度[S]的混合胶束催化反应动力学方程.在40℃下用热动力学模拟热谱曲线法,在表面活性剂复配(CTAB-Brij35、SDS-Brij35、CTAB-Im、SDS-Im、Brij35-Im)混合胶束溶液中及功能分子Im溶液中,研究了DMF碱性水解反应.应用作者使用的方程求得混合胶束与Im催化的反应动力学参数km,速率常数kf,结合常数K1与K。被研究的混合胶束和功能分子体系对该反应都有催化作用,讨论了催化作用的原因.
Based on the pseudophase model of micellar catalysis and some assumptions,the kinetic equations of mixed micellar catalysis have been drived in the case where reactant concentrations are higher than micellar concentrations in this paper.The alkaline hydrolysis of dimethylformamide(DMF) has been studied at 40℃ in the mixed micellar solutions (CTAB Brij35,SDS Brij35,CTAB Im,SDS Im,Brij35 Im) and in the solutions of functional molecule (1 benzyl 2 hydroxymethyl imidazole)(Im) with analog thermogram method of thermokinetics.The kinetic parameter k m in micellar pseudophase and the association constant of reactant with micelle K 1 ,and the kinetic parameter of functional molecular catalysis k f and the association constant of reactant with functional molecules K have been calculated with these kinetic equations,respectively.Alkaline hydrolysis of DMF is catalyzed by all researched mixed micelles and functional molecule.The authors suppose the micropolarity and local concentration effect of mixed micelles (CTAB Brij35,SDS Brij35) can account for the mixed micellar catalysis,mixed micelles which are consisted of Im with surfactants are somewhat like α chymotrypsin.
