摘要
为了使涡街流量计适用于电池供电的系统,并能够用于低流量测量。采用电磁法检测涡街频率,并选择诸如MSP430单片机等微功耗芯片,结合软硬件技术,经过不断测试和改进,设计出一种功耗低、量程宽、精度高的电磁涡街流量计。现场测试结果表明流量计达到了B级水表的测量范围和精度要求,系统消耗电流不超过100μA,是一种理想的节能仪表。
In order to make the vortex flowmeter suitable for operating in battery powered system and measuring low flow rate measurement, a low power consumption, wide measuring range, highly precise electromagnetic vortex flowmeter is designed. In the design, the vortex snedding frequency is detected by using electromagnetic technique , and the low power consumption chips including single chip computer MSP430 are adopted. The design has been tested and improved through combining hardware and software technologies. The field tests show that the flowmeter meets the measurement range and accuracy of Grade-B water meter, the current consumption is not more than 100 μA, it is an ideal energy saving instrument.
