摘要
水稻温敏突变系1103s叶绿素性状表达的临界温度为23.1℃,持续时间72h.在降温作用下,随性状的表达,总含量下降,叶绿素a/b值上升;从叶绿体蛋白质谱带看,除20kD,25kD和50kD几条主带的含量较高外,在间断失绿性状表达的黄色区域叶绿体中的18kD带消失,绿色区域含量减少.
s was a new type of temperature sensitive chlorophyll conditional mutantion line.The character appeared chequered with green and chlorosis,the critical temperature and time are 23.1℃ and 72 hours.The appropriate temperature and time are 22.5℃ and 96 hours.During low temperature period (22.6℃) content of chlorophyll decreased but the value of chlorophyll a/b increased.After the low temperature treatment and the character appearing,the SDS PAGE resultsindicated that the content of proteins of chloroplast with 20kD,25kD and 50kD were lower than those in normal leaves,and 18kD disappared in chloroplast at the yellow region of 1103s leaves.It was an important factor that there are differences between the photosynthesis of chlorophyll in the yellow region and that in the green region.Basing on the change of photosynthesis and chorophyll results,it is suggested that there be a compensatory effect in the physiologicaland biochemical changes of the mutant line 1103s during the characterdisappearing period.
