双张检测器全智能化的实现

Realization of Intelligent Double-sheet Detector

双张检测器用于金属板涂料机及类似设备在工作过程中金属薄片送料出现多张情况的检测。应用基于单片机的脉宽检测法,测定检测器件的感应信号的脉冲宽度,并进行比较判断,使双张检测性能稳定、快速性提高。通过实验,应用数值分析和曲线拟合的方法,确定单张和多张之间检测数据的函数关系,优化检测器的性能,实现检测器的完全智能化。

The double-sheet detector is used to inspect the phenomenon of duplicated sheet overlapping in the process of metal feeding in metal coater and other equipments. The detector is based on single chip computer and the method of detecting the width of pulse. Through inspecting, comparing and judging the pulse width of the inductive signals from the sensing device, the stability and rapidity of the detector is enhanced. By experiment and with numeric analysis and curve fitting methods to establish the functional relationship of detected data between single and doub- le-sheet optimizes the function of the detector and realizes intelligent inspection.
