摘要 从热力学第二定律角度分析电站锅炉运行中对流受热面的不可逆能量损失,建立了受热面传热熵产、流阻熵产以及吹灰过程中出现的传质熵产、吹灰介质熵产和吹灰器电机熵产的计算模型,并利用某台燃煤锅炉的现场数据进行了实例计算。在受热面熵产分析的基础上,建立了吹灰优化模型。基于熵产分析的吹灰优化模型,充分考虑传热过程和吹灰过程的不可逆能量损失,更加准确地计算吹灰所带来的收益和造成的能量损失,实现真正意义上的吹灰收益最大化。 Irreversible energy loss of convective heating surfaces was analyzed from the second law of thermodynamics. The calculation model of heat transfer entropy generation, flow resistance entropy generation, mass transfer entropy generation, sootblowing media entropy generation, sootblower motor entropy generation was built. Calculation was done with the field data of a coal fired boiler. The model of sootblowing optimization was built based on entropy generation analysis. Irreversible energy loss is fuUy considered in the heat transfer and sootblowing process, income and loss of sootblowing is accurately calculated, and maximize net income is realized in this model.
