摘要
某不镑钢退火酸洗线主要由PowerFlex700VC/700S变频器及生产线现场总线控制系统组成。本文对PowerFlex700变频器进行远程变速控制,采用ControlLogix1756系列PLC,基于ControlNet总线技术,给出了PowerFlex700VC/700S变频器参数设置及现场总线ControlNet网络规划,以实现变频器的远程网络控制。
Some Cold Annealing and Pickling Line is mainly made up of PowerFlex700VC/700S Frequency Converter and field- bus control system.The paper presents the network control of the PowerFlex700 AC drive by using ControUogix PLC and Con- trolNet.The configuration of the PowerFlex700 frequency converter is illustrated in detail.The paper also makes particular de- scription to the FCS of the line.Finally,the PowerFlex700VC/700S Frequency Converter can work very well in the FCS of the line.
