摘要
提出一种用于电能质量研究的新型交流电弧炉混沌模型。首先,基于电弧炉负载U-i特性曲线的分段线性化,依据负载实际消耗的有功功率,得到能精确反映电弧炉稳态特性的静态模型,该模型适用于电弧炉引起的谐波问题研究。然后,用基于不对称非线性电阻蔡氏电路产生的低频混沌信号对静态电弧电压进行调制,模拟电弧炉运行的动态过程,得到电弧炉负载的动态模型,该模型特别适用于研究电弧炉引起的电压波动与闪变问题。在Matlab下,对电弧炉静态、动态模型进行仿真研究。仿真结果与实际测量数据相比较,显示该模型能够精确描述电弧炉引起的谐波和电压波动等电能质量问题。模型有效且易于使用,它的提出为电能质量治理措施研究奠定了基础。
A novel chaotic model of AC electric arc furnace is introduced, which is useful for power quality study. Firstly, based on a piece-wise linear approximation of U-i characteristic curve of electric arc furnace load, dependeding on the active power consumed by the load, the static model is developed, which can accurately represent the static behaviors of electric arc furnace. The static model is useful for harmonic study. Secondly, a low-frequency chaotic signal is generated via the Chua's circuit based on asymmetric nonlinear resistive element, using the chaotic signal to modulate the static voltage of electric arc, finally the dynamic model is developed, which can accurately simulate the dynamic behaviors of electric arc furnace. The dynamic model is useful for voltage fluctuation and flicker study. The static model and the dynamic model are simulated in Matlab. Comparing the simulated results with the measurement data, it is shown that the model can accurately represent the power quality problems, such as harmonic and voltage fluctuation. The developed model is valid and easy to use, which will promote the precaution measures study against power quality problems.
