一种漱口液杀菌性能的研究

STUDY ON GERMICIDAL PROPERTIES OF A GARGLE

目的研究含三氯羟基二苯醚、薄菏及表面活性剂配制的漱口液消毒杀菌性能。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验进行了实验室观察。结果以含1000 mg/L三氯羟基二苯醚该漱口液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用2min,平均杀灭率>99.90%。含体积分数25%以上小牛血清对该漱口液杀菌效果有一定影响。将该漱口液密封包装在室温放置6个月,其杀菌效果无明显下降;放置1年,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用1 min,平均杀灭率由99.00%下降到90.00%。结论该漱口液对悬液内细菌繁殖体具有较好的杀灭效果,性能比较稳定,但其杀菌效果受有机物影响。

Objective To study the disinfection and germicidal properties of a gargle containing triclosan, peppermint and surfactant. Method Cartier quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out laboratory observation. Results The gargle containing triclosan 1000 mg/L with a 2min contact time killed 〉 99. 90% in average of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Over 25% （v/v） calf serum had certain influence on the germicidal efficacy of the gargle. The germicidal efficacy of the gargle was not reduced obviously after it was stored in air - tight packing at room temperature for 6 months. After it was stored for 1 year, its average rate of killing S. aureus and E. coli decreased from 99.00% to 90.00% after a 1 min contact. Conclusions The gargle has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria in suspension. It is relatively stable and its germicidal efficacy is influenced by organic substance.
