摘要
目的了解过硫酸氢钾复合消毒剂杀菌效果及消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量和定性杀菌试验方法进行了实验室和现场试验观察。结果以含过硫酸氢钾1250 mg/L的该复合消毒剂溶液,对溶血性链球菌和多杀性巴杆菌作用2.5 min,杀灭对数值>5.00。用含过硫酸氢钾1250 mg/L该消毒液,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min,杀灭对数值>5.00。用含过硫酸氢钾835 mg/L该消毒液作用15 min,对大肠杆菌可达到完全杀灭。用含过硫酸氢钾1000 mg/L该消毒剂溶液作擦拭消毒并作用10 min,对模拟现场物体表面上人工污染的大肠杆菌杀灭对数值>3.0。将过硫酸氢钾复合消毒剂密封储存于37℃90 d,其有效成分含量下降率为6.09%。结论过硫酸氢钾复合消毒剂具有良好的杀菌效果,储存性能稳定。
Objective To know the germicidal efficacy and disinfection - related properties of compound potassium monopersulfate disinfectant. Methods Suspension quantitative and qualitative germicidal tests were used to carry out laboratory and on - the - spot trial observation. Results The killing logarithm values of Streptococcus hemolyticus and Pasteurella multocida exposed to the compound disinfectant solution containing potassium monopersulfate 1250 mg/L for 2. 5 min were 〉 5.0. Those of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the disinfection solution containing potassium monopersulfate 1250 mg/L for 5 min were 〉 5.0. The disinfection solution containing potassium monopersulfate 835 mg/L with a 15 min contact time could completely kill E. coli. Wiping disinfection with the disinfectant solution conraining potassium monopersulfate 1000 mg/L for 10 min could kill E. coli artificially contaminating the simulated on - the - spot object surface by a logarithm value 〉 3.0. After the potassium monopersulfate disinfectant was stored in air - tight packing at 37℃ for 90 days, its active ingredient content decreased by 6.09%. Conclusions The compound potassium monopersulfate disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy and is stable during storage.
