洁净控制区综合性能监测

MONITORING OF COMPREHENSIVE PROPERTIES OF CLEANLINESS CONTROL AREAS

目的了解温州市部分医疗单位空气洁净控制区洁净质量。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对温州市部分医院洁净手术部、无菌室、洁净车间进行了调查。结果温州市不同单位洁净室总体质量是尘埃粒子数合格率为97.12%,噪声合格率为0;空气沉降菌数合格率为90.82%。医院洁净手术室空气中沉降菌数超标率为25%,洁净车间空气中沉降菌超标率为9.7%,洁净实验室空气中沉降菌超标率为8.3%。结论温州市洁净控制区各项净化质量整体较好,部分洁净指标合格率较低,应加强洁净控制区的管理和维护。

Objective To know the cleanliness quality of air cleanliness control area of some medical institutions in Wenzhou City. Methods On - the - spot investigation and sampling examination method were used to investigate the clean operation departments, sterile rooms and clean workshops in some hospitals of Wenzhou City. Results As a whole, in the clean rooms of different institutions of Wenzhou City, the eligible rate of dust particle count was 97.12%, that of noise was 0 and that of settling bacteria count in air was 90.82%. The rate of exceeding permissible limit of settling bacteria count in air of clean operating rooms in hospitals was 25% , that in air of clean workshops was 9.7% and that in air of clean labora- tory was 8.3%. Conclusions The cleanliness quality of cleanliness control areas in Wenzhou City as a whole was good, but the eligible rates of some cleanliness indexes were low, so it is necessary to strengthen administration and maintenance of cleanliness control areas.
