MONITORING OF EFFICACY IN DISINFECTION OF HOSPITAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION

目的了解宁波市医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量，为加强管理与提高提供依据。方法采用现场抽样调查方法，对市属部分医院进行了调查。结果经1996～2005年连续10年监测，宁波市属医疗机构压力蒸气灭菌效果平均合格率为87．2％，2001年～2005年合格率范围为97％～100％。使用中消毒液细菌总数检测合格率年平均为99％；使用中紫外线灯管辐射强度平均合格率为97．9％。医疗机构不同环境室内空气卫生合格率范围为7．7％～61．3％；医务人员手卫生合格率范围为48．8％～80．2％；血液透析器用透析液卫生合格率范围为48．4％～94．4％。结论宁波市医疗机构消毒与灭菌整体质量有待改善，压力蒸灭菌质量和室内空气要重点加强管理。

Objective To know the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions of Ningbo City in order to provide basis for strengthening administration. Method On - the - spot sampling investigation method was used to carry out investigation of some municipal hospitals. Results During 10 - year successive monitoring from 1996 through 2005, the average eligible rate of autoclave sterilization efficacy in the municipal medical institutions of Ningbo was 87.2% and the eligible rate during 2001 - 2005 ranged from 97% to 100%. The annual average eligible rate of total bacterial count of disinfection solution in use was 99% and the average eligible rate of radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamps in use was 97.9%. The sanitary eligible rate of indoor air in different environments of the medical institutions ranged from 7.7% to 61.3%, that of hands of medical staffs ranged from 48.8% to 80. 2% and that of dialysis fluid of hemodialyser ramged from 48.4% to 94.4%. Conclusions The overall quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions of Ningbo City remains to be improved. The administration of autoclaving quality and the indoor air is the key point needing strengthening.
