摘要
本文研究了将蓝牙技术引入电脑横机,构建工业应用中点到点的蓝牙通信系统,即横机主控机对横机机头的点对点连接,实现无绳的横机机头。概要介绍了电脑横机的改进方案,最后对横机蓝牙通信系统进行了仿真,并在此基础上研究了链路可靠性算法,以满足横机对传输数据的可靠性要求。
The paper researches the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine importing Bluetooth wireless communication technolo- gy,and establishes a point-to--point Bluetooth communication system used in industry.In other words,a point--to--point wireless connection between the master control and the terminal of the Computerized Flat Knitting Machine realized the Comput- erized Flat Knitting Machine wireless.The improvement scheme of Knitting Machine is also introduced.At last,it simulatesthe Bluetooth wireless communication system,and researches the reliability of Bluetooth LMP to meet the high transmission speed demands of the Knitting Machine.
