大截面高铬铸铁铸件材质的选用

摘要 对普通高铬铸铁、加B高铬铸铁、加Ti高铬铸铁和加RE高铬铸铁进行了铸态组织比较,并进行了热处理组织和性能,及淬透性和耐磨性能试验分析。结果表明:加B高铬铸铁组织稳定,具有较好的淬透性和淬硬性,截面硬度均匀一致。加B高铬铸铁可以满足水泥立磨磨辊上截面铸件(≥200mm)的生产需要。 Comparisons of the as-cast microstructures were conducted between common high chromium cast iron and high chromium cast iron containing B and Ti as well as RE, respectively, to determine material suitable for thick cross-sectional castings, and their heat treated microstructures, properties, hardenability and wear resistance were also analyzed through test. The results showed that the high chromium cast iron containing B has stable microstructure and better hardenability, and the hardness along the cross section distributes homogeneously. Therefore the high chromium cast iron with B can meet the requirement of castings for vertical cement mill roller tire, whose cross section above 200 mm.
