ALDC产生菌BD-5菌株的发酵条件初探

Studies of Fermentation Conditions for BD-5 Strain Producing α-Acetolactatedecarboxylase

本文主要以2#培养基为基础，对BD－5菌株的产酶发酵条件做了初步探讨。通过对其葡萄糖、酵母膏、pH值及金属离子等不同用量的研究使α-乙酰乳酸脱羧酶的酶活力提高4～5倍。

In this paper, the author studied fermentation conditions of BD-5 strain for producing α-acetolactatedecarboxylase. By varing the amount of glucose, yeast extract,hydrogen-ion concentration and metallic ion etc in the medium, the enzyme activity was increased 4-5 times.
