痰热清结合抗生素治疗急性细菌性肺炎50例

Efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics for the treatment of patients with acute bacterial pneumonia

目的:观察痰热清注射液结合抗生素治疗急性细菌性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将99例急性细菌性肺炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组给予静点痰热清注射液结合抗生素治疗,对照组仅应用抗生素,12 d为1疗程。结果:试验组发热症状、白细胞变化、胸片炎症吸收情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液结合抗生素治疗急性细菌性肺炎有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics for acute bacterial pneumonia （ABP）. Methods： 99 patients with ABP randomly received Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics （test group） or antibiotics alone （control group） for 12 days. Results： The symptom of fever, WBC, chest x-ray change of test group was superior to those of control group. There was significant difference in the efficacy between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics has better efficacy and less adverse reactions than antibiotics alone for acute bacterial pneumonia.
