摘要
基于超声冲击消除焊接残余应力机理及特点,利用磁致伸缩效应方法,对在超声冲击后焊缝区域不同深度残余应力有不同变化的系列试验进行测试,结果表明,超声冲击后表面塑性变形层深度内残余拉应力可以大幅降低、甚至产生一定压应力。试验结果的数据分析对超声冲击方法消除焊缝残余应力的工艺研究与工艺制定具有较大的实用价值。
Based on analyzing of mechanism and characteristic of welding residual stress eliminated by ultrasonic impaction, and combining with a series of experiment at difference depth residual stress after impact by ultrasonic and method of magnetostriction, which varied with region of weld joint, the view that residual stress would eliminated dramatic and evolved a significant stress has been proved. The analysis of final data has great practical value on which technology research and establishment would eliminate residual stress by method of ultrasonic impaction.
