摘要
随着钢结构建筑在我国的快速发展,针对钢结构项目运作的管理,尤其是钢结构制作方面的管理经验需要不断地总结和探索。通过成功运作北京南站改扩建工程之高架桥工程的实例,浅析钢结构专业分包在钢结构制作方面的管理。
With the rapid development of steel structure in China, the operation of steel structural project, especially the prefabrication management becomes more important, thus structural management needs to be constantly reviewed and explored. Taking Trestle Project on Reconstruction of Southern Railway Station in Beijing for example,this paper briefly explains the prefabrication management of the professional subcontractor in Steel- Structured Project.
