摘要
采用具有新型塔内件的高效填料塔技术,将甲醇回收率提高到98%以上,甲醇纯度可达99.8%。同时采用连续水蒸汽直接加热的精馏技术,提高了精馏热效率,节约了热能消耗,生产成本显著降低。
The recovery technique of methanol from mother liquor produced in glycine production was effectively improved by the application of continuous steam distillation combined with a high efficiency packing tower. The purity of the recovered methanol increased to 99.8% and the recovery came up to 98%. The production cost has been reduced greatly. The benefit will amount to 9×10 5 Yuan per year in application of this technique to a amino acetic acid plant of 1000t/year.
