摘要
通过对我国水利工程建设与管理现行技术标准体系的分析,结合工程实际,揭示了现行体系的不足之处。并根据WTO/TBT协定要求及新时期我国水利事业的发展要求,对水利工程建设与管理技术标准新体系的建设提出了建议。
By the analysis on the present technology standard system of water project construction and management in China,the problem and insufficiency was sumed up.On the basis of the new position of the development of innovation of water resources and the requirement of WTO/TBT,suggestions of building new technology standard system was put forward.
