太湖水政监察文明执法实践

Practice of civilized law enforcement in water administration and supervision in Taihu Basin

随着太湖流域经济社会的快速发展,各类涉水建设项目日益增多,水政监察任务不断增加。太湖流域在积极推进依法行政过程中,积极思考,建立流域与区域水行政执法联合巡查机制,不断增强服务意识,实现文明执法,为维护流域水事秩序、社会和谐及经济社会的可持续发展做出了应有的贡献。

Along with fast development of economy and society of the Taihu Basin, more and more water-related projects are constructed that increase the working load of water administration and supervision. In order to reinforce water administration in accordance with laws and regulations, a joint law enforcement mechanism of river basin and administrative region is set up. Emphasis is placed on raising awareness of services, civilized law execution and settling water dispute in a coordinated manner for a harmonized and sustainable social and economic development.
