缓蚀阻垢剂开发试验的计算机构造与分析

摘要 采用二次回归组合正交设计法进行了缓蚀阻垢剂开发试验的计算机构造与分析。该软件采用FORTRAN77编写,在AST286、386上通过,共包括六个主要子程序,根据需要考察的因素个数和零点重复次数、各因素上、下水平值,自动给出具体的实验方案,实验结束后输入原始数据,即可得到回归系数和回归方程及其检验结果,根据回归方程进行极值分析、法式分析。 This paper discusses the computer design and analysis for the development trial of corrosin inhibitor by using quadrafic regression composite orthogonal design. The software written in FORTRAN 77 passed in AST 286,386, including six main sub-programs altogether. It can give automatically specific plan of experiment, according to the number of factors, zero repeated, and the value of upper and lower level of all the factors, which are all necessary to be investigated. After ending experiment, we only need inputting raw date, and then obtain regression coefficient, regression equation and test result. Basing on regression equation, the author carry on analysis of extreme, normal form, max-min value, drug screen and the optimum seeking of formula.
