利用抗自身代谢物特性进行西索霉素菌种选育

摘要 经过诱变处理西索霉素产生菌,利用菌株抗自身代谢物特征,在添加高浓度的西索霉素的分离培养基上选育获得产生西索霉素比出发菌株单位高的突变株ME97,经过薄层层析,生物效价测定,该突变株所产抗生素主要组份是西索霉素,总的抗生素效价提高,并且其它发酵特征也发生了改变. We obtaine Micromonospora inyoensis mutant ME97 with higher potency of producing sisomicin than the parent strain, which is resistant to the material produced by itself, on the isolation medium plus high concentration sisomicin after inducing mutation. The results of thin layer chromatography and biological assay showe that antibiotic produced by the mutant is mainly sisomicin, and the productiuity of sisomicin is higher than initial strain (M. inyoensis 77). Some other fermentative characteristices of the mutant also changed.
