EXTREME VALUE AND DECISION MAKING

本文把有关经营决策归结为确定争取成本最低和利润达到最高时的极值点的问题，然后利用极值法确定有关决策的最佳值，从而阐明极值法在决策分析中的重要作用．

In this paper, certain operational decision is summed up a problem of finding extreme value point of the objective function which is such that the cost is the lowest and the profit is the highest. Then, the best value of certain decision is defined making by extreme value way and clarifies its importance in the decision analysis.
