摘要
企业跨国并购的微观效应评价可以从企业规模、无形资源和企业效益等视角分析。该文采用案例研究方法探索中国企业跨国并购的微观效应,指出企业对跨国并购的规模追求应持谨慎态度,更应注重对无形资源的消化与整合。
The evaluation of microscopic effects for cross--border merger & acquisition can be analyzed from the perspective of scale, invisible resource and efficiency. Cross--border merger & acquisition makes TCL group larger. However, the D--D model and company operation show that the invisible resource lacks of integration and can not achieve desired effect and result in poor efficiency. By the analysis, cross--border merger & acquisition should be cautious to the pursuit of enterprise scale, and enterprise should pay more attention to digestion and integration of invisible resource.
