摘要 讨论过量空气系数与柴油机性能的关系。通过新造船舶海上公试的测试数据,了解其对柴油机性能参数的影响。并进一步探讨如何提升过量空气系数,以降低柴油机部件热负荷与提升最大设计性能。通过实例,说明采取一系列维修保养技术可提高柴油机过量空气系数。 The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the coefficient of excess air to the performance of engine. Through a series of the sea trials for newly built ships, the factors that have a great influence of engine's performance are determined. In addition, methods of raising the coefficient of excess air are proposed to reduce the thermal load and accordingly enhance the performance of diesel engine. Finally, to achieve an efficient operation of the main engine, an example of trouble shooting and maintenance of the engine is given for practical applications.
