福州港闽江通海航道航行环境安全评价 被引量:5

摘要 福州港闽江通海航道是对台"三通"以及海峡西岸交通网络"东出西进"的重要港口通道。由于闽江通海航道浅滩礁石多、转弯多、流急,通航的自然环境较差。小船随意占用主航道,锚地与航道的布局不合理,船舶安全航行面临复杂的局面。通过调查福州港闽江通海航道的船舶基本情况,应用海上交通安全评价的模糊推理系统,分析航道航行环境的危险度,提出了福州港闽江通海航道水域建立安全保障监控系统的必要性。 Minjiang seaward channel of Fuzhou Port is an important port passage to Taiwan under the "three direct links", and it is also a part of the transportation network along west coast of Taiwan strait for the "east out and west in". The navigation safety here is confronted with complicated situations such as a rough distribution of reefs, shallows, turns and rapids, traffic jam caused by small boats invading the main channel casually, and the irrational allocation of anchorages and passages. After the detailed investigation for the basic navigation conditions in Minjiang seaward channel, by using the Fuzzy Inference System of traffic safety appraisement at sea to analyze the danger extent of sailing in the channel, the idea that a monitoring and control system for navigation safety should be established in Minjiang seaward channel is put forth.
