卵母细胞体外成熟治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症

Human Oocytes in Vitro Maturation for Treatment of Infertile Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

[目的]应用卵母细胞体外成熟(IVM)技术治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症。[方法]23例患者中的152个未成熟卵母细胞进行体外培养,成熟后行单精子卵胞浆内注射,受精后取优质胚胎移植宫腔,同时对其影响因素进行探讨。[结果]共培养成熟105个卵子,成熟率69.1%,受精率92.0%,卵裂率79.4%。5例妊娠,周期妊娠率27.8%,1例已出生1个正常男婴。IVM结局与未成熟卵子的形态及体外培养系统有关。[结论]IVM对卵泡发育和成熟障碍,特别是难治性多囊卵巢综合征患者助孕有效。

[Objective] To use in vitro maturation （IVM） for treatment of infertile women with polycystic ovary syn- drome （PCOS）. [Methods] Totally 152 immature oocytes were retrieved from 23 PCOS women and cultured in vitro. The mature oocytes were inseminated by intracytoplasmic sperm injection （ICSI） then embryo transfers were performed and the influence factors were investigated. [Results] Totally 105 mature oocytes were obtained, The rates of maturity, ferti- lization and cleavage were 69.2%, 92.0% and 79.4% respectively. Totally 5 pregnancies were established and pregnant rate was 27.8% per cycle and a normal boy born. The IVM result was related to the morphology and in vitro culture system of immature oocytes. [Conclusion] IVM is an effective treatment for the infertile women with PCOS.
