工作场所工效学负荷综合暴露评估方法的效度评价 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]验证工效学负荷综合暴露评估方法(CQEC)的效标效度。[方法]选取不同行业的25个工种,应用工作分析新方法(AET)作为效标,采用聚类分析、Kappa系数,对目标方法和效标方法工效学负荷暴露评估的一致性进行分析。[结果]两种方法评估结果在工种聚类上具有一定的类似性,其中管理监控类和机械加工类完全一致;在肩/臂移动、重复动作、重量负荷和全身振动和局部振动评估条目的一致性较好。[结论]工效学负荷综合暴露评估方法具有一定的效标效度,部分条目尚需进一步完善。 [Objective] To examine the criterion validity of a method for Chinese Quick Ergonomic Check (CQEC). [Methods] A new work analysis rnethod-AET was applied as criterion to evaluate ergonomic exposure load among 25 different job titles as well as CQEC. Clustering analysis and Kappa coefficient were used to examine the consistency between CQEC and AET method. [Results] Job title classifying was similar between two methods, especially surveillance and ma- chining. Title classifying on management, surveillance and machining was the same. [Conclusion] CQEC method is valid, and some items should be improved.
